Returns & Exchanges

All Southern Summer Bikinis are handmade to order! We take pride in our work and we ask that you allow the full turn around time for your bikini to be made and shipped! (It takes about 2-4 weeks depending on how many orders we have in. Feel free to email us to get a better estimate on turn around time for your own custom bikini).

 

RETURN/EXCHANGE POLICY  If you receive your item(s) and feel as though your bikini does not properly fit and are not satisfied with your purchase, please let us know WITHIN 1 Week (7 days) of receipt of your item(s) and you may send it back for store credit. Which you then may re order in the size needed.

We will only accept exchanges/returns if the product meets the following criteria:

• Item is unwashed & unworn

• Original tags & hygienic liner is still in place

• Item is in new condition & is not damaged

​

If you are returning/exchanging items it is your responsibility to ship it to us and must arrive within 2 weeks of  the day you received shipment.
